The effect of Covid-19 to our company
Since the outbreak of Covid-19 in the end of 2019, it has effected our lives from different aspects. Before that people can traval to anywhere they want, but now most of us can only stay in where they work and live. Romote working is also becomes a new normal for people in many places.
As Ningxia is located in the Northwest of China, it is a relatively remote place with small population density, covid- 19 is not as serious as those in some other places in China. We kept normal production after the outbreak of the pandemic. But it has also effected us in some other ways. For example, the price of the raw material increased and the surge of sea freight increased our cost.
But the overall situation is good. Dicyandiamide is one of the raw material for producing Metformin, one of medcine for patients with diabetes. Our products has exported to more than 10 countries in the world. Dicyandiamide also has the application in water treatment and dye fixing agent.
