Load Environmental Devices
2017-2018, Shizuishan Pengsheng Chemical Co., Ltd. invested CNY 50,000,000 to load new environmental devices in order to collect dust of calcium carbide production lines. It collects most dust of calcium carbide production lines, and improved environment of our workshops area.
Before, it flies everywhere for the dusts. As a result, it is very difficult to keep workshops area clean, and also pollute local area environments.
After loading the environmental devices, it improved much better for the workshops environments. It could be reused for the collected dusts from the environmental equipments.
Shizuishan Pengsheng Chemical Co., Ltd loaded two sets of environmental equipments for calcium carbide production areas. They are not connected for the two set devices, separated two areas to collect dusts. It aslo protects the calcium carbide production equipments to extend working life.
In a word, it is very workable and environmental in a long term view to load the new environmental equipments. For example, it matched the requirements of ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001.
